Your session begins with a short consultation to understand what your body is carrying—tightness, fatigue, imbalance, or emotional strain. You’ll then be invited to undress to your comfort level and lie on the treatment table.

The space is quiet, grounded, and trauma-sensitive. Aftercare may include stretches, hydration guidance, or simple somatic techniques to continue your recovery at home.

Do I need to be in pain or recovering from something to book this?

What should I wear to my appointment?
You’ll undress to your comfort level—most clients choose to wear underwear. You’ll be covered with towels throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered. The space is warm, private, and respectful.
Is the treatment painful?
The work can be deep and focused, but it’s never forced. Your comfort is always prioritised, and you are encouraged to give feedback. Pressure is adjusted in real time to ensure the treatment is effective but not overwhelming.
Can I talk during the session?
That’s entirely up to you. Some men prefer to talk through parts of their experience, while others find quiet helps them drop in more deeply. There’s no expectation either way—this is your time.
Will I feel sore afterwards?
