You’ll be welcomed into a calm, quiet space and invited to undress to your comfort level. The room is warm and dimly lit, with optional calming music or silence. No conversation is required during your session—unless you choose to speak. This is your time, your pace, and your permission to be held without demand.

A brief check-in beforehand ensures the session suits your needs, mood, and pressure preferences.

Do I need to be physically tense to benefit from this massage?
Not at all. While relaxation massage helps ease muscular tightness, its deeper value lies in soothing the nervous system, calming the mind, and offering a rare sense of stillness. You don’t need a reason—rest is reason enough.

What should I wear?
You’ll be invited to undress to your comfort level—most clients choose to remain in underwear. You’ll be professionally draped with towels at all times, with only the area being worked on uncovered. The space is private, warm, and entirely respectful.

Is it okay if I fall asleep during the massage?
Absolutely. Many clients drift into a deep, meditative state or fall gently asleep. This is a sign that your nervous system is entering rest-and-repair mode—the very outcome we’re aiming for.

Can I talk during the session?
